Every now and then, a Facebook friend will post something that resonates with me. It is as if Facebook (somehow) redeems itself, and I feel re-inspired. Those moments always make up for the gibberish that so many (including myself) put on our wall. Today, David Strong lifted me up when he said: “Part of my message today was about forgiveness in family, friends and community. We can’t be stuck in unforgiveness. We can’t be stuck at the manger looking for the baby Christ Child. We can’t be stuck at the grave looking for Jesus. Let’s get busy forgiving, serving and getting unstucked. Jesus was about getting people unstucked. ‘Let the peace of Christ control your hearts.'” Thank you, David, for sharing this.
